We are a corporate caterer with over a 15 years of experience, Classic Catering by Ray caters to Training facilities, Government/City agencies, Oil companies, IT consulting firms, production companies, banks, and small businesses and we would love to add your company to our list of valued clients.
We work closely with our clients to customize menus to suit their budgets and are able to provide catering on a weekly, daily or contract basis.
**We offer flexible payment terms and methods for our Corporate clients**
**VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Company cheque, EFT, E-TRANSFER**

We require 24 hour cancellation notice for all functions.
Your invoice and portions will be based on the guaranteed number of those in attendance given at booking. Please inquire about portion sizes.
All deliveries after 3pm are limited and are subject to availability and need to be for 20 people or more and an invoice total of at least $300.
A delivery/retrieval fee will be added to all orders at a flat rate of between $12.00- $15.00 per order/delivery. (After 3 pm is a $15.00-$20.00 delivery rate) (This amount may be subject to change) (Inquire about delivery fees and minimums for North End, West end, Sherwood Park or Nisku locations)
We Include: Paper plates, plastic cutlery and napkins ONLY on request.
** We will accommodate most special orders for Allergies etc. (at our discrection)
(Must be made aware of allergies at booking) (Be aware we are NOT an allergen free facility)
** An equipment replacement fee will be charged for missing or broken equipment. (Please leave supplies etc. in a safe location for our drivers to pick up the next day)

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Classic Catering by Ray is implementing additional measures to our already high food standards to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
We have added and enhanced our food safety protocol as listed:
** Enhanced sanitation and cleaning of all prep areas and office space to an hourly schedule.
** Increased sanitation and cleaning of frequently used areas such as doors, knobs, sink
faucets, oven and fridge exteriors and handles.
** All staff wash and hands and wear gloves during food handling and cooking and change
** No staff are to be at work if exhibiting cold-like symptoms and must self isolate at home if
** We now offer individually portioned and packaged meals to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and enable our customers to take their meals and eat at a safe distance
from others. (Please check our individually packaged catering menu on our website)
We understand that self-distancing is fast becoming a “New Normal”, while we can’t control what is happening around us; we can take necessary precautions and carry on with life and work as best as possible.
